In the past, I have called upon Ron Napier to assist me in improving a partially finished new Condominium, poorly done by another builder.  He helped organize a Sales team and Sales office, supervised the maintenance men and Contractors progress, kept the new owners up to date on improvements, and assisted in improving relations between the owners and Developer/Investor.  I feel that Ron was a good asset to me at that time, and would recommend him highly.
